FAQs


How long does delivery take?

From China: Orders shipped from our China warehouse typically take 8-20 business days to arrive.

From Europe: Orders shipped from our European warehouse typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Please note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on your region, shipping method, and customs clearance speed.

Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder, or contact us via service01@kamryvape.com.

Why can’t I track my order?
If your tracking number doesn’t show any updates, it could be due to:

A recent shipment that hasn’t been scanned by the courier yet

A minor delay in tracking updates from the logistics provider
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking again.

Why is my tracking status not changing?
Delays in tracking updates can be caused by:

Public holidays

High shipping volume

Reduced air cargo availability

Customs processing

We recommend waiting a few days and checking again. If there’s no update after 3 business days, feel free to contact us.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received the package. What should I do?
If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you haven’t received anything, please:

Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
