1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order Confirmation:Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your details.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations:Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time:25-35 business days
  • Tracking:Available
  • Cost:Calculated at checkout based on destination

2. Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time:12-16 business days
  • Tracking:Available with priority handling
  • Cost:Higher than standard shipping, calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Age Verification:Due to legal restrictions, customers must be of legal vaping age in their country/region to receive shipments.
  • Restricted Locations:We do not ship to countries or regions where e-cigarettes are prohibited by law. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via emailto monitor the delivery progress.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking updates within 5 days, please contact our 24/7 customer support team.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxesimposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges, as we do not controlthese fees.
  • If customs clearance delays occur, we appreciate your patience and recommend contacting your local customs office.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrierand arrange a replacement or refund based on the investigation.
  • If your package is marked as deliveredbut you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos for claim processing.
